Mark represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. In law school, Mr. Houts served as Articles Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and was honored with the Pro Bono Award for his service as a Court Appointed Special Advocate. Prior to attending law school, Mark worked as a journalist in print media.
